Berdsy provides public chat rooms and community reviews attached to third-party websites. Berdsy is independent: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any website discussed on the platform. Chat messages and reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of Berdsy, and are provided for information only — not financial, legal, or professional advice.
You agree not to post:
Anyone signed in can report content. Berdsy moderators may remove content that breaks these rules and may restrict accounts that repeatedly break them. Site owners have no moderation power: a verified owner can reply to reviews but can never edit, hide, or delete them. Moderators do not remove reviews for being negative or unflattering — only for breaking the rules above. Removed reviews leave a visible placeholder.
Berdsy may show an automated scam signal on a site: a warning produced by an AI model from the site's public homepage, its domain age, and the public reviews and chat about it. It is a probabilistic, automated opinion — not a statement of fact and not a finding by Berdsy or its moderators — and it is labeled as such. It is shown only when the model sees elevated risk; Berdsy never labels a site "safe". The same model helps moderators sort reports and may flag content for review, but it never removes or hides anything on its own. Site owners who believe a warning is wrong can email jcesarg09@pagetalk.net; a moderator can hide a warning that is clearly mistaken, and warnings are re-scored as new evidence arrives.
A verified site owner who believes a review is factually false can challenge it once. The review's author may respond; both sides' statements and any evidence they attach are public. The community then votes, and the outcome is stamped on the review as a label — a dispute never deletes or hides the review, whoever wins. By attaching evidence (order records, screenshots and images, quotes from emails or messages, etc.) you confirm you have the right to share it and accept that it becomes public; redact personal information you don't want published. An owner may have at most three disputes open per site at a time. Voting is one vote per signed-in person and the review's author cannot vote; manipulating votes with multiple accounts or coordinated brigading violates these terms.
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant Berdsy a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for what you post.
If you believe content on Berdsy is unlawful, infringes your rights, or breaks these rules, email jcesarg09@pagetalk.net with a link or description of the content and the reason. We review all complaints, but content is removed only for rule or law violations — being the subject of a negative review is not grounds for removal.
Berdsy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berdsy and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on content posted by users.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
